Meet Our Staff
Autumn, our Dental Hygienist, is from Morgantown, West Virginia. She attended West Liberty University to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene. Autumn and her husband, Andrew, got married in the summer of 2019 and moved to Charleston, South Carolina. In her free time, Autumn loves to check out restaurants, spend time at the beach and go hiking with her husband. Her hidden talent is that she’s both 5’3 and 5’5. Her favorite restaurant is The Cheesecake Factory. Ever since her honeymoon in Italy, Autumn has the travel bug and wants to travel the world! One thing Autumn would love to learn how to do is snowboard. One thing on her bucket list is to travel to Iceland, stay in an Igloo hotel, and watch the Aurora Borealis.
Kelsey, our Dental Assistant, is from Rockport, Massachusetts. She attended Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She earned her radiology license at Tufts University in Boston in 2015. Her and her boyfriend, Connor, moved to Charleston, South Carolina in August of 2020. She loves to spend her free time at the gym, and at the beach with her boyfriend and her two puppies, Mason and Magnolia. Her hidden talent is that she loves interior design and decorating! She loves to cook and come up with her own recipes. Her favorite type of food is Mexican. Since moving to Charleston, her favorite restaurant is The Watch Rooftop, downtown. Her dream is to travel all over Europe. One thing on her bucket list is to go on an African safari and feed Giraffes.
Angel, our Dental Assistant, is a John’s Island native, born and raised! She earned her certificate of Dental Assisting through Palmetto School of Career Development, and has been a Dental Assistant for four years. She loves to spend her free time hanging out with her friends and family, fishing, grilling and relaxing. Her hidden talent is that she is very creative, loves to decorate and is fashionable. She’s a foodie and loves Japanese food, grilled food, wings and anything that tastes good! Her favorite restaurant is Miyarbi’s. She would love to travel to Hawaii, Alaska, Paris, France, Spain and other parts of Europe. She would like to learn more about the ins and outs of Real Estate and learn how to snorkel. Her bucket list is to travel the world.
Serenity, our Patient Coordinator, is from Elk Rapids, Michigan. She has been serving as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps Reserve for the last five and a half years. She moved to Charleston, South Carolina where she is currently working towards earning her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, then to continue on to get her Doctorate of Dental Medicine. She loves to spend her free time exploring Charleston with her boyfriend, trying new restaurants and being outside. Her hidden talent is that she is an expert rifleman, can cross one eye and shoot hoops. She loves Asian cuisine and one of her favorite desserts is bundt cake from Nothing Bundt Cake.
She is a big coffee drinker and loves iced lattes! She has traveled to seven countries and would love to visit Greece, Italy, Thailand and Spain next. She would like to learn how to play the piano and be fluent in Spanish and German. One thing on her bucket list is to vacation in Bora Bora and stay in a bungalow on the water.
Michelle, our Practice Manager, is from Albemarle, North Carolina but has lived in South Carolina for the last 8 years. She earned her degree in Human Services and also has a certificate in Dental Assisting as well as in Substance Abuse Counseling. Her and her husband, Joel, relocated from Rock Hill to Charleston, South Carolina in November of 2019. Michelle loves to spend her free time watching horror and thriller movies and the ID Channel. She is so talented that none of them can be hidden! She loves Italian and Hibachi food. Her favorite restaurants are Fire Grill and Boxcar Betty’s. She is a big coffee drinker and loves the honey lavender iced coffee from Muddy Waters on James Island. Michelle’s favorite animal is a whale and it’s her dream to travel to Iceland to go whale watching. She would love to learn how to speak Spanish fluently. One thing on her bucket list is to stay at the haunted Lizzie Borden Bed & Breakfast in Massachusetts.
